- You have the right to return all or some of the products of the order you received within fifteen (15) working days. The cost is charged to the customer and amounts to €4.*
- For reasons of hygiene, tights, socks, silicones and protective masks are not exchanged unless they are defective on receipt.

Call your local ACS Courier to pick up the package at your location, or take the package to your nearest ACS store and have it shipped back to our company at a consignee’s fee. The return and replacement of a product is possible under the following conditions:
- the return must be made within 15 working days from the day of receipt*
- the product has not been used and is in the condition received by the customer (complete and undamaged, with the accompanying packaging)
- in case of purchase of pantyhose, stockings, underwear or silicone, changes are not accepted for reasons of hygiene
- Refunds are not accepted
Return of Defective Products
In cases where proven fault of DANCEMARKET sold products of poor and defective quality or due to an error in receiving the order, pricing, shipping, damaged in transit, poorly packaged, etc. then he fully assumes the responsibility of the replacement, the return cost as well as the reshipment costs.
ATTENTION: All products must be returned unworn, with all tags attached, in their packaging and in perfect condition. When trying to test make sure they don’t come into contact with anything that might leave a mark or smell, for example perfumes, deodorants, etc. We will not be able to accept any return of product where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed.
During the offer period, we inform you that changes are not accepted as these are offer products which are in limited stock.
*We emphasize that the shipping date of the returned product is considered to be the one written by the courier on the receipt, to check the deadline.
